PE-RT pipes are designed specifically for underfloor heating, and can maintain a stable temperature range of 60 ℃ -70 ℃ for long-term use (with a maximum short-term heat resistance of 95 ℃), fully meeting the temperature requirements of hot water circulation in underfloor heating systems (usually with a water supply temperature of 50-60 ℃). They will not cause material aging, strength decline, or other problems due to long-term high temperatures, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the system.

Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, ensuring health

Produced from food grade heat-resistant polyethylene raw materials, it does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals and plasticizers. During the hot water circulation process, it does not release toxic substances and can directly come into contact with drinking water. It is especially suitable for places with high health requirements such as homes, kindergartens, and hospitals.

Impact resistant, low temperature resistant, and adaptable to complex environments

The material has excellent toughness and is not easily brittle in low temperature environments (such as winter construction or cold northern regions). It has strong impact resistance and is not easily damaged even if the ground settles slightly or the pipe is compressed by external forces, reducing the risk of water leakage in the later stage.

Chemical corrosion resistance, extending system lifespan

It has good corrosion resistance to acidic and alkaline substances, oxygen, and common heating additives (such as scale inhibitors) in water. It will not rust or scale like metal pipes, nor will it cause pipeline blockage or accelerated aging due to water quality problems. Its service life can reach more than 50 years, which is the same as that of buildings.
