Terms of RFQ

By using the Request for Quotation (RFQ) service, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other policies of Wen'an Global B2B Sourcing ("Wen'an Sourcing"), as well as the following terms regarding any RFQ ("Purchase Request") you submit:

1. Before submitting any Purchase Request, you must register your account on Wen'an Sourcing website according to Wen'an Sourcing's requirements.

2. Your purchase requirements should be specific and clear. You shall not post any requests or information unrelated to the RFQ service.

3. You shall not publish any untrue, inaccurate, illegal, invalid materials or materials that violate Wen'an Sourcing's product policies.

4. To avoid confusion, you should not repeatedly post the same Purchase Request.

5. You may log in to your Wen'an Sourcing account to view your posted RFQs and check the latest RFQ status and quotations.

6. You declare and warrant that all information and materials provided and/or uploaded by you are true, accurate and not misleading.

7. You undertake not to publish any information or conduct any behavior that infringes any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, publicity rights, personality rights, privacy rights and any other rights not expressly stipulated herein.

8. If you violate any of the above terms, Wen'an Sourcing has the right to take any reasonably necessary enforcement actions. Such enforcement measures include but are not limited to deleting your posted Purchase Requests, restricting your right to post Purchase Requests, issuing warnings to you or terminating your service agreement with Wen'an Sourcing.

9. You shall not submit any information or materials that are illegal in any relevant country or jurisdiction and/or violate any website rules published by Wen'an Sourcing, especially during your use of Wen'an Sourcing's services. Additionally, you shall not submit any materials that may not be legally restricted or prohibited but remain controversial, including but not limited to:
A. Information encouraging illegal activities;
B. Items that are racially, religiously or ethnically derogatory, or that promote hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance;
C. Giveaways, lotteries, raffles or contests;
D. Stocks, bonds, investment interests and other securities;
E. Pornographic materials/sexual items.

10. The process of matching any Purchase Request will be conducted through an algorithm that manages search results, which will match Purchase Requests based on keywords and descriptions entered by suppliers on Wen'an Sourcing platform. For avoidance of doubt, Wen'an Sourcing does not play any active role nor intervenes in the matching process of any Purchase Request. Wen'an Sourcing does not guarantee and is not responsible for the accuracy and/or correctness of search results for any Purchase Request.

11. Generally, high-quality Purchase Requests may receive quotations from higher-standard suppliers. Some criteria for determining the quality of Purchase Requests should include but not be limited to: completeness of information in the Purchase Request, order quantity in the Purchase Request, whether you as the buyer submitting the Purchase Request have completed third-party verification process, and the activity level of your account on Wen'an Sourcing website.

12. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Wen'an Sourcing reserves the right to reject any Purchase Request that does not meet any standards Wen'an Sourcing deems appropriate and/or required at its sole discretion. Examples of such Purchase Requests include but are not limited to: Purchase Requests for products not belonging to suppliers' designated product categories on Wen'an Sourcing website, Purchase Requests not corresponding to products, Purchase Requests with missing information, Purchase Requests for prohibited and/or restricted products, Purchase Requests violating platform service terms and conditions or any other website rules adopted by Wen'an Sourcing website.

13. You acknowledge and agree that Wen'an Sourcing may collect your information including but not limited to your company name, office address, contact person name, email address, telephone, mobile and fax numbers. By providing the above information to Wen'an Sourcing, you hereby consent that Wen'an Sourcing may use, process your information and transfer your information to any third-party agents, vendors, contractors and/or service providers ("External Third Parties") for purposes of (a) processing Purchase Requests; (b) sending you administrative, marketing and/or promotional materials; (c) contacting you for satisfaction surveys or market research; (d) conducting data cleansing, verification, validation and supplementation; and/or (e) any other purposes related to legal, safety and/or security purposes. You hereby agree that External Third Parties may contact you for any purposes set forth herein.

14. You acknowledge and agree that Wen'an Sourcing may use information you submitted pursuant to any Purchase Request, including but not limited to any relevant product information, product images, product specifications etc., to support and operate various programs, services, marketing initiatives and other services that the RFQ service provides to users from time to time.

15. Wen'an Sourcing reserves the right to modify, change and/or amend these terms. In case of disputes, Wen'an Sourcing's decision shall be final and binding.
