Jinghua Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Langfang Jinghua Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., renamed to Jinghua Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. in April 2016) obtained approval for project initiation from the National Development and Reform Commission, Planning Bureau, Land Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau, and other relevant departments in 2009. It was registered and established in November 2010. The first phase of construction was completed and put into operation in 2011, and the second phase was completed and put into operation in 2015. The production scale is an annual output of 80,000 tons of plastic pipes.
